Building evaluation reports

derive

To complete a concise evaluation of the conditions of a building, information is collected about the surrounding conditions, the façade, the building units and the common parts. Other more general information (building master data) is also collected to provide a general picture of the building under consideration.

The evaluation is based on 25 specified indicators plus two potential free indicators. This is the result of the work developed in 2004 by a commission composed of representatives of the fire department, of the civil protection service, the association of architects and the association of engineers, the building department and specialists named by the City. The team developed a form for the evaluation of the building’s situation (structural safety, fire safety, technological systems and environmental conditions).

The evaluations have 11 possible values, from 0 to 10, grouped in five levels of critical conditions (colour-coded). In addition, two free indicators can be added at the discretion of the surveyor, who will provide an evaluation and a more detailed description. The data contained in the report is grouped by categories. The indicators are identified with a progressive number. It is also possible to attach documents (technical reports, photographs, etc.) to the building report, to provide further detail for any interested user.
